Pearson, Children’s Health Defense – California Chapter (CHD-CA) and Advocates for Faith & Freedom have filed a lawsuit in federal court in the Central District of California on behalf of two undergraduate students at Loyola Marymount University.The suit challenges what is referred to as the school’s “illegal vaccine, testing, masking and social distancing mandates,” according to a press release issued by Tyler & Bursch LLP.The complaint, filed July 24, maintains that LMU’s accommodations for exempted, unvaccinated students are discriminatory and have the effect of creating a campuswide apartheid, with “vaccine-exempted” students required to live in separate dorms, wear face covering
