Lake Elsinore City Council questions cannabis-related business limits

At the start of the Aug. 10 Lake Elsinore City Council meeting, a quick motion was made to approve the majority of 14 City Council Consent Calendar items. Councilmember Steve Manos registered a no vote on No. 3 “Continued Existence of a Local Emergency (COVID-19)” without any discussion and item No. 14 to approve and authorize the city manager to execute an amendment to the professional services agreement with Dudek for biological resources assessments and surveys was continued off calendar.
