The Wildomar City Council centered its discussions around a number of resolutions concerning the planned Oak Springs Ranch Phase II Apartment Project that plans to bring 288 new units for families in the city during its Aug. 11 meeting.The Oak Springs Ranch project is located off Clinton Keith Road and Interstate 15 and Baxter Road. The project will be on the other side of the Phase I duplex apartment complex already occupied.The Oak Springs Ranch public hearing brought praises from several community members and one objection in the Public Announcement session on the matter.
