The Riverside County Board of Supervisors approved an agreement between the County of Riverside and the City of Lake Elsinore for the resurfacing of Grand Avenue.The supervisors’ 5-0 vote Aug. 17 approved the agreement which establishes the roles and responsibilities of each agency for the construction activity. The county will pay for the cost to resurface Grand Avenue in the unincorporated area while the City of Lake Elsinore will be financially responsible for the resurfacing within the city limits.The resurfacing work will mill and overlay the existing asphalt with hot mix asphalt between Plumas Street and Audelo Road.
