GILMAN SPRINGS (CNS) - A person was killed today in a multi-vehicle crash in Gilman Springs that left another person seriously injured.The collision was reported about 6:50 a.m. on Lamb Canyon Road at Gilman Springs Road, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.Information was not immediately available on the identity of the fatally injured person. The circumstances of the crash were under investigation.
