Temecula development history to be presented by Rancon Group founder and chair

The Temecula Valley Historical Society invites the public to a presentation by Dan Stephenson, founder and chair of the Rancon Group, Monday, Oct. 25, at 6 p.m. at the Little Temecula History Center, the red barn at the corner of Wolf Store Road and Redhawk Parkway. Stephenson first purchased property in the Temecula area in 1968 and has since been involved with the development of the area. He is revered as a businessman, a business advocate and a generous humanitarian. Stephenson attended the Harvard University School of Business and graduated from the University of Southern California. He founded the Rancon real estate business in 1971, during Temecula’s first spurt of growth.
