MURRIETA – After serving for 35 years in education and 10 years as superintendent, Patrick Kelley, superintendent of Murrieta Valley Unified School District, announced his retirement at the end of the school year.“Under Superintendent Kelley’s leadership, Murrieta Valley USD consistently was recognized as the top district in the county, and one of the few designated ‘California Exemplary District’ in the state.
