WILDOMAR – The city of Wildomar announced that its acting city clerk, Janet Morales, was awarded the designation of certified municipal clerk.Morales has been with the city of Wildomar since August 2010 and became an employee in December 2010. She became the acting city clerk/city clerk in May 2019 and recently received her designation of certified municipal clerk from the International Institute of Municipal Clerks Thursday, Oct. 28.“IIMC grants the CMC designation only to those municipal clerks who complete demanding education requirements; and who have a record of significant contributions to their local government, their community and state.
