Menifee Police Department takes a bite out of crime with latest technology

A police positive city council, Measure DD, grants and other law enforcement contributions have allowed the Menifee City Police Department to use highly effective technology in reducing crime in one of the fastest growing cities in California.Praising the city’s young police department is Menifee Police Chief Patrick Walsh whose technically wise police force is making it one of the safest cities in the state, the goal of the Menifee City Council and its residents.He said in a recent news release, his “police department is committed to using technology to reduce crime in the city and enhance officer safety.”Outlined as the best part of the new police technology the officers use are Axon Body Worn cameras or BWCs; Axon Taser 7s, drones and Automated License Plate Readers or
