Hemet Unified’s Parent Resource Center expands community outreach

Hemet Unified School District is rebranding its Parent Resource Center to be more reflective of the services it provides to families. Emily Shaw is the new director of wellness and community outreach after serving as principal at Hemet High School for 11 years. Officially starting in her new role July 1, she said the primary goal is to provide parents the support and information they need as they work with the school system to identify and meet their child’s unique learning needs.
