The Jojoba Hills RV Resort community has launched a new partnership with Cottonwood Elementary School designed to encourage academic growth, improved attendance, and positive behavior - with the help of three brightly-colored bicycles now proudly displayed in the school library.The program is simple, joyful and already making an impact. Students who show improvement in their grades, attendance or behavior earn entries into a drawing of a new bicycle. Jojoba Hills residents donated one of the three bikes for this special incentive. The bicycles sit in the library like shining beacons of possibility, quietly inspiring students as they pass by.Teachers report that the effect has been immediate.
