The Riverside County Board of Supervisors approved a lease which will provide Advanced Auto Parts with two hangars at French Valley Airport.The unanimous approval of the lease Tuesday, Dec. 7, addresses 3,600 square feet of leasehold area. Advanced Auto Parts will pay $4,680 in rent each month for the five-year term of the lease.Advanced Auto Parts will use the hangars for storage of Cirrus SR-22 and HondaJet HDJT aircraft. The lease specifically prohibits storage of parts, equipment, boats or other watercraft, travel trailers, motorhomes or other vehicles unless approved by the county or if the storage of an automobile is incidental to the use of aircraft. No personal equipment will be allowed to be stored outside of the hangars. Minor maintenance is permitted within the lease
