Murrieta thanks former mayor for service and appoints Warren to council

MURRIETA – During the Murrieta City Council meeting, the community honored outgoing Mayor Scott Vinton and also swore in new council member Cindy Warren Tuesday, Dec. 21.Regional dignitaries, council members, family and staff expressed gratitude for Vinton’s dedicated service. In August, Vinton submitted his resignation effective at the end of his term due to an upcoming out-of-state move.
