WILDOMAR – Gary Nordquist, Wildomar’s longtime city manager, will retire from Wildomar – and city government entirely – Monday, Jan. 31.Nordquist has been with Wildomar since 2009 as the assistant city manager, finance director, treasurer, human resources director and risk manager. He was appointed as the city manager Jan. 1, 2013.The past 13 years were full of challenges for Wildomar and Nordquist.
