The Riverside County Board of Supervisors awarded Security Paving Company Inc. the construction contract to extend Clinton Keith Road from Leon Road to state Route 79.The supervisors’ 5-0 vote Tuesday, Jan. 11, approved the contract with Security Paving for the Westlake Village company’s bid amount of $23,569,634 and also approved three addenda to the plans and specifications which had been issued before the bid opening.
