RIVERSIDE (CNS) - Santa Ana winds will continue to lash the Inland Empire today and into Thursday, prompting the National Weather Service to post a high wind warning for the region."These (offshore) waves are capable of producing ... potentially damaging winds,'' according to an NWS statement.
