The Jan. 25 Lake Elsinore City Council meeting got off to a mild start as its members unanimously approved Consent Calendar items 4-13 and Successor Agency Consent Calendar items 14-18. The first Public Hearing to “Change Proceedings for Community Facilities District No. 2021-1 of the City of Lake Elsinore (Tuscany Valley/Crest)” did not result in any questions nor a staff report request and was adopted with a favorable vote by all members.The next Public Hearing item concerned the city council being asked to approve the planning application for a new commercial retail center at Lake and Mountain streets.
