RWQCB rescinds waste discharge order for Indian Oaks Trailer Ranch

The Regional Water Quality Control Board rescinded the RWQCB waste discharge order for Indian Oaks Trailer Ranch.The 6-0 RWQCB vote Wednesday, Feb. 9, with Stefanie Warren not able to participate in the meeting, does not eliminate the waste discharge restrictions but rather incorporates Indian Oaks into Riverside County’s Local Agency Management Plan for on-site wastewater treatment systems. The discharge requirements will be regulated by the county’s Department of Environmental Health.Indian Oaks Trailer Ranch is located in the 38100 block of East Benton Road in Temecula. The on-site wastewater system collects wastewater from 67 recreational vehicle spaces and three rooms. A dump system stores wastewater in an underground storage tank, and when needed the tank is pumped and
