LAKE ELSINORE – Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District was recognized by the Public Relations Society of America, Inland Empire Chapter with seven awards for excellence in public outreach. The Polaris Awards recognize exemplary public relations efforts that incorporate sound research, planning, implementation and evaluation.
