June primary approaches as candidates battle to represent local area at state, national levels

The ballot for the Tuesday, June 7, primary has been set as races in southwest Riverside County begin to heat up. Due to redistricting shifts – thanks to the Inland Empire’s exponential growth over the past decade – several state and congressional representatives will face uphill battles to retain their seats at the political table.Congressional racesRep.
