RIVERSIDE (CNS) - A man was found dead in the unincorporated community of Woodcrest south of Riverside, sheriff's officials said today.
Deputies responded to a call of an unconscious person at 2:27 p.m. Friday in the 16900 block of Mockingbird Canyon Road, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.
When they arrived, deputies found a man -- whose identity was not released -- dead at the scene.
An investigation into the death was underway.
No other information was immediately available.
