Filanc Construction was awarded the Eastern Municipal Water District contract for EWMD’s Temecula Valley Regional Water Reclamation Facility dewatering building corrosion mitigation project.The EMWD board voted 5-0 Wednesday, June 1, to award the Escondido company a $2,064,000 contract for the work.
