Riverside County District Attorney Mike Hestrin appears bound for a third term as the county’s top prosecutor, with preliminary ballot totals putting him over the mark needed to avoid a November runoff.Hestrin, with 53.2% of the vote as of press time, finished well ahead of Superior Court Judge Burke Strunsky (23.28%) and attorney Lara Gressley (23.48%) in the Tuesday, June 7, primary election.
