The Riverside County coroner’s office Saturday, June 18, identified a 70-year-old woman who died in a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 15 in Wildomar.
The crash was reported at about 1 a.m. Saturday on the northbound side of the freeway south of Clinton Keith Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The CHP said an SUV slammed into the center divider, causing multiple rear-end crashes.
Linda Hernandez of Carson was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the coroner’s office.
It was unclear if anyone else was injured.
