Menifee’s Robbie Motter has spent her lifetime making a difference adhering to her motto of “Just Show Up.” She spent nearly 30 years with the National Association of Female Executives, but during the pandemic, the group decided to go in another direction and after 40 years, changed its name and ways of operation, discontinuing the networking that was such a key component for success through connections.Motter founded the Global Society for Female Entrepreneurs nonprofit to help more women realize their dreams and give them the tools to get there. As its CEO, she moved all the local California networks to GSFE. During COVID-19, the group was already doing virtual meetings, and the connections quickly became global.
