HOMELAND (CNS) - A 67-year-old man was killed in a collision on Highway 74 in Homeland when he pulled in front of a pickup that had the right of way, the California Highway Patrol said today.The fatal crash occurred about 2:20 p.m. Sunday on the 74 at Sultanas Road, according to Officer Mike Lassig.He said the victim, identified only as a Homeland resident, was at the wheel of a 2011 Toyota Tacoma pickup going northbound on Sultanas when he came to a stop where the two-lane road meets the two-lane highway.Lassig said the driver of a 1999 Ford F-250 pickup was going eastbound on the 74, towing a trailer and traveling roughly 45 mph, when the Tacoma driver "pulled directly in front of him.''"The F-250's front end impacted the Tacoma's (driver's) side, in a broadside m
