9 am update: Freeway is open southbound in all lanes. Waiting for updates from CHP

A semi vs motorcycle accident was reported to CHP at about 7:45 am this morning and has traffic at a standstill on southbound I-15 in Temecula. Lanes 1 and 2 are completely blocked.
Apparently, the collision happened on the Temecula Parkway onramp to the southbound I-15, according to reports to the CHP.
It is unclear, but there is also being reported a motorcycle vs silver Toyota Camry, which is possibly overturned.
