TEMECULA – In keeping with Temecula’s management philosophy of “Building Greatness, Maintaining Excellence,” the city will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony to unveil the results of the new Old Town Temecula Utility Box Art Project Wednesday, Oct. 26, at noon in Sam Hicks Monument Park, 28300 Mercedes Street, in Temecula.The public art project features 20 utility boxes vinyl wrapped with 24 original art images and featuring pieces from local artists.
