MURRIETA – Murrieta Firefighters Association announces the third annual Murrieta Hilltop Festival 2022 Friday, Nov. 4, from 5-10 p.m. at Heritage Hill in Murrieta.The Hilltop Festival will include local breweries, wineries, food from Pete’s Firehouse BBQ and New Life Culinary Creations. This year will feature performances by Los Angeles cover band Wayward Sons who will be playing their nostalgic-fueled, power-chord packed rock show featuring the greatest songs of the 80s. The event will be kicked off by local favorite Nate Penland.The association will announce the recipient of the Dean Hale Spirit Award, which will be presented to an MFA member who displays the characteristics of firefighter Dean Hale who always put others first and did what was best for the whole organization.
