SACRAMENTO – California certified the passage of Proposition 31 Wednesday, Dec. 21, ending the sale of most flavored tobacco products, including all flavored e-cigarettes, e-cigarette liquids as well as mint and menthol cigarettes in the state, making it the second U.S. state to take such an action.
