The Riverside County Board of Supervisors approved a general plan amendment and a rezone for a 10.2-acre French Valley parcel.The supervisors voted 4-0 Dec. 13, with Manuel Perez absent, to approve the general plan amendment and rezone. A tentative approval of the general plan and rezone accompanied an Oct. 18 Board of Supervisors vote which approved a plot plan and tract map for the property.
