WASHINGTON – U.S. Customs and Border Protection began detaining merchandise produced or manufactured by Jingde Trading Ltd., Rixin Foods Ltd. and Zhejiang Sunrise Garment Group Co. Ltd. at all U.S. ports of entry Monday, Dec. 5.
