RIVERSIDE (CNS) – A frost advisory has been issued for parts of
Riverside County until 8 a.m. today with temperatures expected to drop to 31
degrees, according to the National Weather Service.
Riverside, Moreno Valley and Corona, in addition to the Inland Empire
and valleys, will be affected by the frost advisory.
Frost can kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if left uncovered. The NWS
recommends taking steps to protect tender plants from the cold.
Patchy frost is expected in colder, wind-sheltered areas tonight and
Wednesday morning.
