LAKE ELSINORE (CNS) – Firefighters from the Riverside County Fire
Department were battling a fire in Lake Elsinore today.
The fire was reported around 1:55 p.m. Saturday near the intersection
of Highway 74 and Trellis Lane, officials said.
The department said the fire was contained after burning approximately
two acres, and added that firefighters would be on the scene for an
additional two hours.
The cause of the fire was not immediately known.
