MENIFEE – After failing to meet the required deadlines, the Krikorian Theater portion of the Krikorian Entertainment Complex project has been declared a Public Nuisance by the City of Menifee. Based on this action, the City’s Code Enforcement division has issued notification and corrective measures that must be completed by the project applicant including:Existing theater structures must be demolished, and the project site returned to its original state; or
