The Lake Elsinore Valley Chamber of Commerce Student of the Month program, celebrating its 28th season of honoring students who make a difference, held its first recognition ceremony of the 2023-2024 school year Tuesday, Sept. 12, at the Lakeside High School Lancer Round Table Café.
