HEMET – Ghosts and goblins, princesses and pirates and costumed characters of all sorts are invited to free Halloween events at three Valley-Wide Recreation and Park District facilities this month.Valley-Wide kicked off the Halloween season at the annual Block Party Saturday, Oct. 21, at the Valle Vista Community Center in Hemet. The event included a costume contest for children, games, crafts and a movie in the park.The annual Trunk or Treat event will be held Friday, Oct. 27, from 4-6 p.m. at Winchester-Domenigoni Park, 32665 Haddock St., in Winchester.
