Lake Elsinore - Two people were killed in a multi-vehicle crash in Lake Elsinore just after 10 p.m. Wednesday, March 6.The two victims, Nicholas Lanni, 34, of Norco and Gene Kittiko, 79, of Ontario both died as a result of injuries sustained in the collision which occurred on I-15 northound, just south of Indian Truck Trail.Lanni died at the scene while Kittiko survived the crash but was pronounced dead at Inland Valley Medical Center just after midnight, Thursday, March 7, according to the Riverside County Coroner.Four vehicles, all with major damage, were involved in the crash, which caused a shutdown of the freeway for several hours overnight for an investigation into the crash, according to the California Highway Patrol.Three others were injured and taken to the h
