CANYON LAKE – Harmony McNaughton, public information officer of Canyon Lake Property Owners Association and Clerk of the Board, received the 2024 California Association of Community Managers Innovator Award Thursday, Feb. 29, at the 2024 CACM Law Seminar & Expo held in Anaheim.
