The draft plan was presented to a number of Southwest Riverside cities prior to the commission’s decision finding it possible to forward the plan and place it on the Nov. 5 ballot to help fund the projects. The measure will require Riverside County residents to approve a one cent sales tax to finance the projects which at this time are unfunded.
