MURRIETA — Just before noon Tuesday, Aug. 4, a truck overturned in the northbound lanes of Interstate 215 near Clinton Keith Road, closing the roadway for about a half-hour.All lanes were blocked by debris but was cleaned up and traffic was cleared to pass by 12:27 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
