GREENSBORO, N.C. – Bell Partners, one of the nation’s largest apartment investment and management companies, announced Friday, May 13, it has acquired Silverado Apartment Homes, a 492-unit apartment community located in Murrieta. The community was acquired on behalf of the company’s Value Add Fund VIII investors for a purchase price of $146.5 million.
