RIVERSIDE – Yxstian Gutierrez, supervisor for Riverside County’s Fifth District, announced the Homeless to Work Program, which will provide employment opportunities, career guidance and housing resources for homeless individuals.The Homeless to Work Program will be administered by the county’s Department of Housing and Workforce Solutions in partnership with the Salvation Army.
