Bert Navarro, 38, from Moreno Valley passed away after a major injury traffic collision involving a vehicle and a motorcycle. The incident happened on May 27, 2024, at 2:38 p.m.. Deputies assigned to the Riverside Sheriff’s Lake Elsinore Station responded to the area of Grape Street and Olive Street, Wildomar. Deputies and CalFire arrived and began performing lifesaving measures. Navarro, the motorcyclist, was transported to a local hospital and was later pronounced deceased. The Lake Elsinore Station’s Traffic Unit assumed the investigation. The driver of the other vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation. It is not believed that alcohol or drugs were a factor in this collision.
