The Special District Leadership Foundation recognized the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District with a District Transparency Certificate of Excellence.The award was presented at the Thursday, May 23, EVMWD board meeting. The Special District Leadership Foundation has a separate board from the California Special Districts Association but utilizes CSDA staff.
