Attendees beat the heat with cool activities at Murrieta Birthday Bash

MURRIETA — Murrieta turned 33 and threw a birthday party for the whole community on Saturday, June 29. The City of Murrieta invited residents and visitors alike to commemorate the 33rd anniversary of cityhood at California Oaks Sports Park. The day was packed with a variety of family-friendly activities, including live entertainment, a firefighter’s hose down, and a fireworks show at 9 p.m. Attendees checked out various nonprofit, business, and food vendors throughout the day.
