The Riverside County Sheriff's Department hosted National Night Out at the Lake Hemet/Mountain Substation Tuesday, Aug. 6. The event was well-attended by mountain residents eager to meet and greet members of law enforcement and local firefighters.Interactive displays, safety tips, kids coloring books, first responder vehicles, Riverside County Sheriff’s Department K-9s, RSO Mounted Posse, specialized units, RSO helicopter and more highlighted the evening.
