The First Time Home Buyer (FTHB) Down Payment Assistance Program was created to empower low- to moderate-income individuals achieve their dream of homeownership by providing financial support.
You may be able to receive up to a maximum of 20% of the home’s purchase price (up to $100,000) in down payment assistance. There are criteria you must meet in order to qualify.
