Fowler Company, a $762,896 contract with Kleinfelder, Inc., for geotechnical observations and material testing services, a $530,210 contract with Vanir Construction Management, Inc., for construction management support services, a $423,960 contract with Environmental Science Associates to support the implementation of the environmental Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, a $264,870
