The Riverside County Regional Park and Open-Space District has approved a construction contract for the modernization of Lake Skinner Recreation Area facilities.The Riverside County Board of Supervisors members are also the board members for the Riverside County Regional Park and Open-Space District. The county supervisors’ 5-0 vote on Nov. 5 awarded Spec Construction Co., Inc., a $6,863,500 contract for the work.
